Privacy Policy

Milly Metrics ("we," "us"), operated by Pure Upside LLC, runs millymetrics.com, a best-ball fantasy-football portfolio-analytics tool, and the Milly Metrics browser extension for Chrome. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Plain English, no games.

What we collect

• Your email address — when you sign in or unlock your recommendations. Email is how we identify your account; we don't use passwords.
• Your book — the draft-export CSV you upload and the analysis we derive from it (your teams, exposures, and scores).
• Basic technical data — a single sign-in session cookie so you stay logged in. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.

We don't ask for and don't want sensitive personal information. Please don't upload anything beyond your standard draft export.

How we use it

• To score your book and show your report.
• To email you essential account messages — your one-click sign-in links.
• If you opt in, to send occasional product and best-ball emails. Optional, unsubscribe anytime.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your book with other users. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the product:

• Render — hosting and database.
• Resend — sending your sign-in and product emails.
• Anthropic — generating your written "Your Read" summary. We send the computed metrics and player names from your book to produce the summary; we do not send your email or identity.

The browser extension

The Milly Metrics extension is a convenience tool that reads your own best-ball rosters from Underdog and DraftKings — the teams, the players, the draft pick order, and the public draft board — so you don't have to enter them by hand. It runs only on those two sites, and only while you're signed in to them yourself.

• What it accesses. Only your own fantasy roster and draft data, retrieved from Underdog's and DraftKings' own APIs using the session you are already signed in to. It does not read your credentials, payment details, personal messages, browsing history, or any other site.
• Session tokens. Underdog authenticates its API with a short-lived token rather than a cookie. To read your own drafts, the extension reuses that token from Underdog's own page requests in your browser only. The token is held in memory for the few seconds a sync takes, is never written to disk, and is never sent to Milly Metrics or any third party — it goes only back to Underdog. It expires on its own within minutes. DraftKings is read with your ordinary signed-in session; no token is read there.
• Where the data lives. Everything the extension captures stays in the extension's local storage on your device. The extension does not transmit any data to Milly Metrics, to us, or to anyone else. Nothing leaves your computer unless you click "Export," which saves a file to your downloads. You then choose whether to upload that file to millymetrics.com — and if you do, it's handled exactly as described in the sections above.
• Permissions. The extension requests storage (to hold your captured teams locally until you export) and access to the Underdog and DraftKings domains (so it can read your rosters there). It requests nothing else — no history, no tabs, no other websites.
• Limited use. Extension data is used solely to provide this roster-export feature to you. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending, and do not transfer it to third parties.
• Removing it. Click Clear in the extension to wipe its local data, or uninstall the extension to remove everything it stored. Uninstalling deletes its local storage entirely.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie: a signed session cookie that keeps you logged in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Your account and books stay until you delete them. You can permanently delete your account, books, and reports at any time from Account → Delete my data. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

Your choices

• Access — every book you've scored is in your dashboard.
• Unsubscribe — every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe, or toggle it under Account.
• Delete — remove everything anytime, no questions asked.
• Requests — email us and we'll help.

Children

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest version.
