Privacy Policy

Milly Metrics ("we," "us"), operated by Derek Ernst, runs millymetrics.com, a best-ball fantasy-football portfolio-analytics tool. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Plain English, no games.

What we collect

• Your email address — when you sign in or unlock your recommendations. Email is how we identify your account; we don't use passwords.
• Your book — the draft-export CSV you upload and the analysis we derive from it (your teams, exposures, and scores).
• Basic technical data — a single sign-in session cookie so you stay logged in. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.

We don't ask for and don't want sensitive personal information. Please don't upload anything beyond your standard draft export.

How we use it

• To score your book and show your report.
• To email you essential account messages — your one-click sign-in links.
• If you opt in, to send occasional product and best-ball emails. Optional, unsubscribe anytime.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your book with other users. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the product:

• Render — hosting and database.
• Resend — sending your sign-in and product emails.
• Anthropic — generating your written "Your Read" summary. We send the computed metrics and player names from your book to produce the summary; we do not send your email or identity.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie: a signed session cookie that keeps you logged in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Your account and books stay until you delete them. You can permanently delete your account, books, and reports at any time from Account → Delete my data. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

Your choices

• Access — every book you've scored is in your dashboard.
• Unsubscribe — every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe, or toggle it under Account.
• Delete — remove everything anytime, no questions asked.
• Requests — email us and we'll help.

Children

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest version.
