Milly Metrics analyzes a portfolio of best-ball fantasy drafts and produces scores and recommendations for informational and entertainment purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Milly Metrics, and old enough to participate in paid fantasy contests where you live (18+ or 21+ depending on your state). Paid daily and best-ball fantasy is not legal in every U.S. state. You are solely responsible for confirming that your participation in any paid contest is legal in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws and the rules of the platforms you use.
Our scores, championship-reach percentages, expected title-tier counts, and recommendations are probabilistic estimates produced by simulations and third-party projections. Fantasy outcomes are uncertain. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results, and we make no guarantee about winnings, placement, or the accuracy of any projection, score, or recommendation.
Although we use portfolio and finance analogies, Milly Metrics is not financial, investment, or betting advice, and we are not a licensed advisor. Any decisions you make with real money are your own.
Best-ball contests may involve real money on third-party platforms. Please play within your means. We are not responsible for your entries, results, or losses.
The product is in beta and free through November 1st, 2026. It's provided "as is," may change or have downtime, and features may come and go. We'll tell you before we ever charge.
Your book and your data remain yours. The application, the Upside Score methodology, the models, and the site are ours and are protected by intellectual-property law. Projections and statistics are sourced from third parties and provided without warranty.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Derek Ernst and Milly Metrics are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any fantasy or wagering outcome. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (which, during the free beta, is zero).
We may suspend or end access for misuse. You can delete your account and data anytime from Account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. The date above reflects the latest version.
